Our Team:

Peter Moede has three passions, family, boats and real estate! His love for real estate has resulted in several successful large scale mixed-use developments over the past 20 years both in Milwaukee and Door County, Wisconsin, but he has always made family and boating a priority. During the summer months you can practically always find Peter walking the docks at CenterPointe Marina, a world class facility he and his partner Ted Balistreri built in 2005.

Peter, his wife Moira and their 12 children have made boating a favorite family sport. Some of their fondest memories have been on the water. As a child Peter spent many summers on his grand parents 1953 Chris Craft 48' Buccaneer always dreaming of owning his own yacht someday.

Peter purchased his first boat shortly after getting married. Since then he has owned a half dozen yachts, the latest being a 93' Broward to accommodate his large family. His knowledge of the Tiara and Pursuit lines give him a unique understanding that allows him to successfully educate customers. His enthusiasm for boating is addicting and he always wants to share his passion for the water and boating. He uses this knowledge and experience to help his customers meet their boating needs.

Sean Owen was born in Toronto Ontario. Sean began his yacht sales career in Canada before moving from Ontario five years ago to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to sell some of the most popular boats on Lake Michigan including Carver, Marquis, Silverton and Cruisers Yachts. When offered the opportunity to sell Tiara Yachts and Pursuit Boats, Sean did not hesitate to join the CenterPointe team. From new yacht sales to brokerage sales, his reputation for integrity throughout the sales process and long after has made him one of the favorite go-to people in the business.
