Broker notes- 3-8-2019. Video shot today and added to the listing. This boat has had extensive work and updating on all major systems to the boat. Countless man hours and dollars have gone into this vessel in the last 8 years. Things to note in the video included: extensive woodwork throughout the boat, custom wiring and breaker panels (quality work, lots and lots of hours!), refrigeration (3) and ice maker, wet bar. LED (some multicolor) lighting throughout the boat, everything done neatly and cleanly with attention to detail. Engine's and Gen, again, neat, clean install. Variable speed thrusters. This is a turn key boat and could be dropped in the water in spring ready to enjoy the summer. This is not someone's project you are jumping in half way through and you need to finish.  I have watched this boat transformed the last 10 years and I have seen the time that has gone into it. This is quality work that someone is sure to appreciate!

Taboo Tabu is a 46' 1964 Chris Craft Roamer Riviera with a Steel Hull number of RAD-46-112R. She was re-powered to Crusader 8.1L Gas engines in winter of 2011-2012, and has a weight of 34,500lbs with a medium load. To date: max speed achieved was 21.2kts @ 3250 RPM. Bow and stern thruster added in 2009-2010 winter.

New Canvas around aft deck, aft deck floor was sealed in fiberglass in 2013 due to water issues and will have new synthetic teak product as the new finish.

2013 Work Schedule includes: FInishing the Aft Deck floor, Adding 2 hatches to the roof of the aft deck for maintenance access, Changing A/C units for reverse cycle units in the Saloon, add reverse cycle A/C units to forward stateroom and Master Stateroom, adding an on boat water filtration system for incoming drinking water, polish paint to make her shine!

2014 Work Schedule: The welding continues. Using Magnesium Anodes has most assuredly helped stop corrosion. Still have not been able to work on the A/C as planned. Looking at a newer system which will prevent the need to drill more thru-hulls! Polish and Paint!

2015 Minor Welding repairs due to unfortunatly having to work all summer 7days a week!

2016 Major welding work with both exhaust transom thru-hulls needing to be replaced. Never did get the Reverse cycle AC units installed but we are hopeful that can happen this summer.

2017 Both thrusters rebuilt to be variable speed gained a new manufacturer warranty. Aft Canvas surround resewn. Aft Deck re decked with Eco-teak. Generator Thru-hull replaced to match Engine exhausts.
